JOE BIDEN'S INSURMOUNTABLE PROBLEM

JOE BIDEN'S INSURMOUNTABLE PROBLEM
by
Julio Gonzalez, M.D., J.D.

At high noon on Saturday, a man donned in a gas mask made his way to the back entrance of the Duval County Democratic Party headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.  He appeared from behind some trees and taped a note to the office's door.  "We want blood," the note said.  "You lost the election.  Redress our grievances now or we will.  Be back later.  We the People."

The note embodies everything that is horrible about present-day America.  The ease with which we threaten violence.  The cowardice of our attacks.  The acceptance of intolerance.  But the note, contemptible as it may have been, also exemplifies the core problem Potential-Presidential-Assignee Joe Biden faces if he ever steps foot in the White House.  Over half the country believes he did not win the election.

A Vanderbilt poll conducted amongst Tennesseans showed only 15% of Republican voters thought the Biden the legitimate winner of the 2020 election.  On a national scale, a Fox News poll found 77% of Trump voters thought the election had been stolen from him.  Additionally, the earlier cited Vanderbilt poll also showed that 95% of Democrats viewed Biden as the legitimate winner of the presidential election while the Fox News poll found 10% of Democrats thought the election had been stolen by Biden.

These are daunting numbers.  Remember, the questions dealt not with popularity, or approval numbers. These numbers reflect the widespread belief that a presumed President is illegitimate! When such a situation is present, it spells curtains for any attempt at promoting a national agenda or in gaining the trust of the American people.  More succinctly, whatever illusions Biden and Harris harbored at healing the country are gone.  The country may someday heal, but it won't be under the leadership of these two.

Ultimately, the blame lies in the very institutions we created to guard us against this situation.  When irregularities abound to the point where they call the nation's elections into question, but the judges don't listen, the secretaries of state don't investigate, the FBI makes no arrests, and the Attorney General points an accusatory finger at the President, the result will only be the instillation of disdain, mistrust, and anger.  It certainly does not help that the press consistently calls the well-founded doubts of nearly half the American public baseless.

Truly, the answer to this dilemma is so simple: an honest, transparent, and zealous investigation into the results and conduct of the election. What's the worst that could have happened?  That the President so many on the Left hate but who rightfully won the election ends up prevailing and that some really bad people go to jail?  Or perhaps it turns out that the President Trump did not win the election and the investigation proves it.  Either way, the situation would be much better than the one we have now where a President may be on his way to assuming office without having earned it.

As opposed to the other two scenarios, this latter one is a threat to the nation's very existence.

Both the State and Federal Courts have abandoned their respective duties to adjudicate the question of election fraud. They are not listening to any of the evidence but they are rejecting cases on other “legal” grounds.
The American people are simply requesting that the evidence of election fraud be brought forward in court. If the facts reveal that election fraud did not occur, then the American people can accept those results.
As of today the Courts have not allowed evidence to be brought out into the open on a National level. I would like to see the evidence brought forth in a Nationally televised program for all to see. Transparency is the only way to provide a cleansing of our National conscience.
I call on the Courts in our land to “duty.” Step forward to do the job that the Constitution of the United States requires of you. When this is done this land will heal. If they continue to shirk their duty, we will be in for turbulent days.
Continue praying to God for our country.

Well said, Dr. Gonzalez and Mr. Mazur. This issue will not simply "go away". Senator Josh Hawley was right, "74 million Americans will not shut up!"
