![]() MICHIGAN: WHERE CANDIDATES ACTUALLY RECEIVED FRACTIONS OF VOTES! by Julio Gonzalez, M.D., J.D. Just before midnight Wednesday, Sydney Powell released the complaint on behalf of her plaintiffs against Michigan. The complaint alleges the irreparable corruption of the Michigan election process due to massive voter fraud that would nullify its certifications. Thefederalistpages.com has obtained the complaint and republished it for your convenience as a pdf. What follows is a summary of the most salient points and my assessment regarding the validity of the complaint. Also for your convenience, where applicable, I have cited the paragraph number from which information was obtained. Concurrent to this complaint, Ms. Powell also filed a complaint in Georgia. A similar analysis is provided here. The Michigan Complaint: In contradistinction to the complaint filed in Georgia, the Michigan complaint begins with allegations regarding the corruptive influence of the Smartmatic and Dominion software on the state's election process. The complaint alleges, through Russell Ramsland, one of its expert witnesses, that the Dominion software alone is responsible for "the injection or fabrication, of 289,866 illegal votes in Michigan, that must be disregarded." ¶ 11. In a particularly compelling observation, Ramsland identifies the algorithm, called "Ranked Choice Voting" ("RCV Method"), that Dominion employed in manipulating the voting results. ¶ 129. What's amazing, as demonstrated in a table on paragraph 129, is that the results were being tabulated with decimal points, rather than whole numbers, such that in one example, President Trump had received 1,925,865.66 votes, a mathematical impossibility!! ¶ 129 The presence of the fractions of votes is a direct result, according to Ramsland, of the mathematical effects of the point system employed in the RCV Method and proof of the software's artificial manipulation of the data. The complaint also alleges the usual, conventional fraudulent activities relating to Wayne County and the TCF Center. ¶¶ 12-15. These include harassment of Republican poll workers, the denial of meaningful access to oversight, the fraudulent addition of new voters to accommodate unaccountable ballots, the changing of Trump votes to Biden, double voting, counting ineligible ballots, and the loading of unsecured ballots without corresponding envelopes and appropriate chain of custody provisions from a truck on November 4, among other accusations. Finally, the complaint includes the allegation of the manipulation of the dates on the absentee ballots so that they may meet the ballot deadline. ¶ 88. Other oddities are also noted, including the sudden shift in the Trump lead that took place at 2:00 am on November 4; ¶ 131; and the physical impossibility of ballots appearing faster than the machines could physically count them! ¶ 132. Separately, expert analysis undertaken by Dr. William M Briggs alleges the "'physical impossibility' of nearly 385,000 votes injected by four precincts/township on November 4 that resulted in the counting of nearly 290,000 more ballots processed than the available registrations would have allowed. ¶ 16. Additionally, Dr. Briggs estimates over 60,000 ballots were returned by voters that never requested them. Id. The Validity of the Michigan Case. At the outset, it must be pointed out that the Michigan complaint is riddled with layout and typesetting errors, including the appearance of complete sentences as one word. How Powell came to submit the complaint in this manner is disconcerting and ironically suggests the issue lies in the software her team used in submitting the complaint to the court. These issues may be corrected through the filing of an amendment complaint. Grammatical and layout issues notwithstanding, Powell's Michigan complaint nicely compliments the Trump complaint, which concentrated on the conventional irregularities of the case. Powell's complaint explains software irregularities with specificity that are quite disturbing in their nature and their scope. Where the details regarding the software allegations are wanton in Georgia, they are teaming in Michigan and suggest rampant corruption that could have afflicted multiple jurisdictions. If you believe that President Trump actually won the presidential election, then this complaint lays out the case for you. I strongly recommend you read the Dominion sections in their entirety because they are the only places where such evidence is laid out in detail. Of course, just like in the Georgia case, the only question that remains is whether the courts will be motivated to carry out the corrective necessary actions.
